Mortgage Credit Reports (RMCR's) & Non-Traditional Credit

It's not where you start that's important, but where you finish... Typically there are changes that must be made to the report prior to closing (payoffs, pay-downs, additional verifications...), we work hard to provide them as quickly as possible. Our investigation department works with each creditor determining the fastest way to get your reference, phone, FAX, e-mail, mail ... whatever it takes, and we don't charge for supplements.

Non-Traditional Credit -- Also known as Alternative Credit Documentation (ACD)

Credit Technologies' non-traditional credit program assists borrowers who have little or no conventional credit history, or for those with a marginal credit background. Any borrower who would benefit from the addition of positive credit references to their credit report are candidates for ACD.

ACD is especially valuable in cases where consumers have filed bankruptcy, as it can demonstrate the credit worthiness of the consumer in the time frame following the bankruptcy filing, when a conventional credit history may not be available. ACD allows for the inclusion of credit items that would not normally appear on a RMCR. Items such as:

• Utility payments

• Rent or board

• Personal / private party loans

• Payment of some recurring taxes

• Payment of school tuition (private, trade or college)

• Neighborhood business accounts (rent-to-own, corner stores)

• Child care payments (made to individuals or day care facilities)

• Other verifiable regular payment items
